2026 Haymaker Harvest Dinner
The Haymaker Harvest Dinner is a four-course, farm-to-table experience that brings the Market to life in a new way.
Held on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at The Barn at Walnut Drive, the evening is built around ingredients sourced directly from Haymaker Farmers’ Market vendors and the surrounding land. Each course reflects what is being harvested in real time, shaped by seasonality, freshness, and collaboration with local growers and producers.
The menu is prepared by NOSH Creative Catering and paired with beer from Bell Tower Brewery, creating a dining experience that is both elevated and deeply rooted in place.
Guests will begin the evening with a happy hour featuring seasonal passed appetizers, followed by a four-course seated dinner with optional beer pairings. Vegan and omnivore menu options are available.
More than a meal, the Harvest Dinner is a fundraiser supporting Haymaker Farmers’ Market’s mission to connect local people to local food and expand access to fresh, locally grown ingredients across our community.
Join us at the table, or support the work behind it by becoming a sponsor.
The intention is simple: to bring you as close to the source as possible - showcasing what’s being harvested, baked, and produced in real time, and translating that into a refined, coursed dining experience that raises funds to support Haymaker Farmers’ Market.
