APPLY TO THE MARKET

Vendors are considered for competitive application January-March annually. Non-competitive applications are only considered as needed.

  • The application for food/agriculture vendors to participate in Haymaker’s 2026/2027 season (April 2026-March 2027) is available online. Competitive applications were reviewed in March 2026. A $40 application fee is required for first time applicants.

  • We celebrate art in Kent through our last Saturday of the month Art At the Market program (April-October) and for our Holiday Markets (December 5th, 12th, & 19th). Applications are being accepted and is available online. A $40 application fee is required for first time applicants.

  • We support local musicians and promote the arts through our weekly Music at the Market program! Please note the 2026 music lineup is fully booked. Applications for our outdoor season (April 2026-October 2026) were made available online. Solo musicians receive $125 per Market; groups of two or more, $175. There is no application fee.

  • Haymaker supports and welcomes non-profit and community groups to participate in the Market when their mission aligns closely with Haymaker’s (usually in areas of food, agriculture, gardening, or environmental issues). Groups may engage in education & outreach activities, but fundraising is limited. Space is limited and interested groups must apply online. There is no application fee.
