Live Music Schedule!
Celtic Rush will be performing at the market! Live music is offered every Saturday through the end of October, from 10am – noon. Music is free, open to the public, and suitable for all ages, and is made possible with support from a Celebrate Kent! grant. The music schedule is posted on our Music page.
Celtic Rush (formerly Akron Ceili Band) is a traditional Irish band with a non-traditional twist. The group performs with a variety of instruments including fiddles, guitars, tin whistle, upright bass, mandolin, and Irish drum (bodhran). Their music repertoire includes Irish and Scottish jigs, reels, hornpipes, waltzes and polkas, sometimes even adding some unexpected non-traditional favorites.
